A warm welcome from Jamie

Welcome to a new beginning. As a teenager, I fell into a job in property management and over a decade later, it has become a fascinating and rewarding career. Property management is an industry with a lot of standardisation and repetitive work, but it constantly provides unique challenges and unusual scenarios that keep us managers guessing every day. Problem solving is a key part of the job, and there is always a new puzzle to figure out which keeps me and many others motivated every morning when we sit at our desks.
Why Love PM?
Working with a range of clients across the country, it has become apparent that quick responses, good communication and regular visits are the norm and no longer set good agents apart. On the other hand, it's all too easy to label bad agents due to infrequent responses, unclear information or a lack of presence on site.
The real difference in customer experience does seem to come from information, or a lack of key information. Property managers invariably are very knowledgeable about their industry, correct procedures and compliance with requirements. Residents and owners meanwhile, quite naturally, do not have the same understanding of these requirements but will know their homes inside out. By asking probing and relevant questions, PM's can quickly find out what they need to know about different properties to resolve immediate problems, but how can the owners learn more about property management?
The Solution?
This is where I hope Love Property Management will be able to help. By assembling a passionate team with a strong drive to learn more and a desire to help those around them, we can improve the information and education available to leaseholders and freeholders on an individual level. More than the regular 'great customer service', our mission is to enhance the knowledge of those we work with (and inevitably learn a thing or two ourselves!) so that they are better able to deal with problems that might arise, and less frustrated by the ever-increasing requirements that their property managers have to comply with.
So whether you're an existing client or we've never heard from you before, if you have a property problem then get in touch and let's see if we can help. After all, what does it cost to make a call nowadays?
