Blocks Online provide a Property Portal that offers property owners a range of helpful and unique benefits to improve both ease of managing the communal aspects of your home, as well as access to additional information wherever you are. This helps you keep up to date with what is happening outside your property, and ensures you are first to know about relevant updates.

You can view key documents for your development as soon as they become available, such as buildings insurance, block budget, consultation notices or year-end accounts.

You can view your service charge account balance and obtain a statement at any time.

You can obtain copies of demands and invoices whenever you need to.
